Senior Data and Reporting Analyst

The Department of Customer Service (DCS) focuses on customer-centered services and digital transformation to enhance interactions with the NSW Government. The Senior Data and Reporting Analyst will join Cyber Security NSW to support government-wide cyber initiatives, using data-driven insights for strategic improvements.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Coordinate comprehensive cyber security policy reporting and stakeholder management.
• Develop data-informed reports on themes and trends for policy advice.
• Identify opportunities for collaboration and data sharing within the branch.
• Support compliance and enhancement of cyber security data practices in government agencies.
• Analyze data to identify trends and produce actionable reports and visualizations.
• Maintain productive relationships with stakeholders to ensure aligned data reporting.
