Principal Consultant: Data & Analytics

NTT DATA North America seeks to expand their Data & Analytics practice by bringing on a Principal Consultant. This role is integral to their mission of delivering complex data management solutions and leveraging technical expertise to impact clients and society. The team thrives on innovation and diversity, emphasizing collaboration across local and national networks.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Provide leadership during delivery phases, ensuring alignment with initial project scope
• Design analytics frameworks and conduct audits for major clients
• Lead strategy and advisory engagements in areas such as business intelligence and data management
• Support the growth of the Data & Analytics domain, including presales and commercial activities
• Develop intellectual property for data and analytics
• Build relationships with team members and client stakeholders
• Advise client executives on their data strategies
• Collaborate with other practices to align the Data & Analytics domain with market trends
• Support recruitment, resource management, and succession planning
• Oversee staff career development and training plans
• Assess client capabilities and develop implementation strategies

This role requires you to have:

• Consultancy experience with systems integrators or service providers
• Pre-sales activities and business case presentations
• Deep experience with cloud data platforms like Microsoft Azure
• Track record of building strong client relationships
• Experience in managing career development and team engagement

• Diploma or degree in Data Analytics or Data Science
• Certifications in technologies like Microsoft Azure, Databricks, or Snowflake
• CDMP certification from DAMA
