Orica, a leader in mining and civil blasting established in 1874, seeks a Data Migration Analyst to join their team in Melbourne. This role is part of a global initiative to transform and standardize payroll systems in 46 countries, enhancing digital and automated solutions.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Extract data from Orica's systems and transform it to fit the Dayforce template.
• Coordinate with Dayforce consultants during the data loading process.
• Facilitate HR data loads, testing, and production cutover.
• Ensure data quality and address anomalies proactively.

This role requires you to have:

• 7+ years in data migration and ETL
• Understanding of payroll and payroll data
• Experience with Success Factors and Dayforce
• Advanced Excel skills
