Supporter Insights Data Analyst

Oxfam Aotearoa, part of a global confederation, is dedicated to fighting poverty and inequality. They are looking for a Data Analyst to join their Fundraising, Partnerships, and Community section. This position aims to advance Oxfam's mission by optimizing data systems and providing insights into supporter motivations.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Enhance Oxfam's data warehouse and processes for data modelling and ingestion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build analytic tools and dashboards.
• Support fundraising initiatives through comprehensive data analysis.
• Work closely with the Supporter Insights and Analytics Manager on project alignment.

This role requires you to have:

• Strong analytical skills in data analysis and visualization.
• Proficiency in SQL and a scripting language like R or Python.
• Experience with data modelling and data management in cloud environments.
• Experience with Git/Github.
