Perpetual Limited, an ASX-listed company with a rich 138-year history, operates with three distinct businesses: Asset Management, Wealth Management, and Corporate Trust. With plans to focus on Asset Management, the company is transitioning its other businesses to new ownership. The Product Analyst role is integral to supporting Perpetual Digital, the innovative arm of Perpetual Corporate Trust, in enhancing its SaaS platform offerings.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Contribute to product strategy, vision, and design with innovative solutions.
• Support strategic and product initiatives for Perpetual Digital and Corporate Trust.
• Research and develop requirements for new product concepts.
• Document detailed business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Provide clear scope documentation and support product design and development.
• Lead or contribute to UX design for new products or features.
• Guide the implementation of product development and improvements.
• Provide product guidance for technical delivery teams and external consultants.
• Assess client needs to inform the product roadmap.
• Support the sales team in technical presentations and resolve complex queries.
• Manage detailed product information for sales and marketing strategies.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Product management qualifications/experience
• 3+ years of business experience in Banking and Financial Services
• Experience in agile product teams
• Knowledge of software development practices

You would benefit from having:

• 2+ years of product management experience
• Experience with Microsoft Azure
• Knowledge of UX/UI design systems
