PX Data & Insights Analyst (part time)

The PX Data & Insights Analyst role exists to leverage data for strategic decision-making within the People Experience division.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Support People analytics by gathering and analyzing data to solve complex business problems.
• Develop and maintain metrics and insights for organizational health.
• Investigate data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Develop and support dashboards and reporting tools.
• Assist with workforce forecasting and scenario planning to support the Executive team.
• Create predictive models for employee experience, retention, and performance.
• Analyze recruitment channels and employee development programs.
• Build dashboards for diversity, equity, and inclusion metrics.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with GDPR requirements.

This role requires you to have:

• Senior analytical or data science experience in People or HR roles.
• Tertiary qualification in data/computer science, statistics, business, finance, or human relations.
• Expertise in data analytics, reporting, visualization, and warehousing tools such as Snowflake, Streamlit, Tableau, or Workday.
• Ability to interpret data and deliver data-driven recommendations.
• Experience in investigative analysis with Agile methodology.
