In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collaborate with scientists and technical staff within the department and other research organizations.
• Apply statistical and AI methods to solve applied agricultural research problems.
• Work alongside agricultural engineers and domain experts to align business needs with data-driven solutions.
• Develop and implement machine learning models to optimize agricultural processes.
• Analyze complex datasets using R and Python.
• Build algorithms and statistical models to predict key agricultural metrics.
