In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Collaborate with scientists and technical staff within the department and other research organizations.
- Apply statistical and AI methods to solve applied agricultural research problems.
- Work alongside agricultural engineers and domain experts to align business needs with data-driven solutions.
- Develop and implement machine learning models to optimize agricultural processes.
- Analyze complex datasets using R and Python.
- Build algorithms and statistical models to predict key agricultural metrics.
