Principal HR Data Engineer

The Queensland Public Sector Commission is looking for a Principal HR Data Engineer to join their team. This role exists to enhance data models and pipelines, ensuring they are efficient and scalable. The successful candidate will work within a dynamic reporting unit, engaging in both technical work and collaborative efforts.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain robust data models and pipelines.
• Communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate within a reporting unit to manage urgent data requests.
• Engage in coding, debugging, and optimizing data processes.
