The Queensland Public Sector Commission is looking for a Data Analyst to join their team. This role focuses on handling data with precision to support various stakeholders. The team is committed to ensuring high standards in data governance and integrity.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Access, process, and manage data using tools such as R and GitLab.
• Ensure data outputs meet QGSO standards for integrity and accuracy.
• Contribute to data linkage and management methodologies and processes.
• Provide advice to stakeholders on data quality and access issues.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Prepare reports, agreements, and other documentation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation.

This role requires you to have:

• Expertise in data collection, processing, analysis, and management.
• Ability to use R for data analysis.

You would benefit from having:

The role includes a 6-month probation period, and applications remain current for 12 months.
