- Automate reporting and create dashboards for marketing KPIs.
- Utilize Tableau for sports data visualizations for Australian Sporting Bodies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements.
- Administer Salesforce Marketing and Service Cloud for customer communications.
