In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Lead the development of complex data solutions, data flow designs, and root cause analyses.
• Design and implement scalable, high-performance data pipelines using AWS Redshift, DBT, and Databricks.
• Collaborate with architects, analysts, and engineers to produce top-tier data solutions.
• Mentor the data engineering team, promoting an innovative culture.

This role requires you to have:

• 8+ years of experience in large-scale data engineering, ideally in insurance or financial sectors.
• Expertise in AWS (Redshift, DMS, S3), Databricks, DBT, and SQL performance optimization.
• Strong knowledge in data modeling, ETL design, and cloud-based solutions.
• Proficiency in Python, PySpark, Unix scripting, and CI/CD practices (Git, Jenkins).
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
