In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Conduct in-person and online meetings throughout the technical sales process.
• Work with Account Executives to create industry-specific use cases.
• Implement scalable programs for technical evaluation of Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Collaborate with product teams and provide customer feedback.
• Develop technical assets to accelerate customer adoption.
• Advise on messaging and sales strategies across Salesforce.
• Deliver industry-aligned data strategy insights.

This role requires you to have:

• Customer-facing solution experience in Data, Analytics, AI, and CRM.
• Full-stack technical expertise in CRM, Data Architecture, and AI/ML.
• Experience with integrating complex data architectures.
• Ability to conduct impactful client discovery conversations.
• Proven success in large, complex selling organizations.
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
