In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain data accuracy for Power BI reports from the Data Lake.
- Work with business users to gather reporting requirements.
- Present data insights through engaging visuals, design, and reports.
- Develop interactive Power BI dashboards conveying complex data clearly.
- Translate data into meaningful narratives for management's improvement recommendations.
- Ensure Data Lake data is accurate and consistent for reporting purposes.
- Write and optimize Data Analysis Expressions for KPI measures.
- Create custom visuals where needed in Power BI.
- Train end users to interpret and interact with reports and dashboards.
- Document the key capabilities of each report.
- Protect sensitive data and update data access policies for Power BI reports.

This role requires you to have:
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI Desktop and Service.
- Knowledge of custom visual implementation in reports.
- Skill in creating visually appealing, comprehensible reports.
- Understanding of dimensional modelling and Power BI Semantic Model.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve data integrity and configuration issues.
