The Senior Data Analyst role exists to leverage data for improving delivery experiences and building strong customer partnerships.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Drive data squad roadmap and enhance machine learning capabilities
• Strengthen partnerships with customer and product teams through data
• Create and automate reporting systems for customer organizations
• Collaborate with product stakeholders on feature impact reporting
• Enable self-service data access and support reverse ETL methods
• Enhance data quality from integrations and resolve anomalies
• Conduct workshops for problem scoping and insights generation
• Maintain strong business relationships

This role requires you to have:

• Expert-level SQL knowledge
• Proficiency in business intelligence tools
• Experience with cloud data warehouses
• Familiarity with Git
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in data democratisation
