This position aims to transform data utilization in the aged care industry by integrating sophisticated data science and AI. The successful candidate will build scalable data infrastructure and analytics solutions to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Design scalable data models for forecasting care needs and resource planning.
• Maintain robust data pipelines using Azure Data Factory and Databricks.
• Create Power BI dashboards to deliver actionable insights.
• Implement statistical and machine learning models for predictive analytics.
• Lead AI initiatives, including model deployment and testing.
• Identify data gaps and optimize aged care services through analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align analytics with goals.
• Enable self-service analytics by building reusable data models.
• Provide business intelligence to support strategic planning.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights for better care decisions.
• Enhance data literacy and mentor junior team members.

This role requires you to have:

• Data engineering experience
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, Power BI, Azure
• Understanding of forecasting techniques, predictive modelling, AI/ML
