Data Insights Analyst

SkyCity Adelaide is searching for an experienced Data Insights Analyst to enhance its Host Responsibility team. This newly established position is vital for analyzing gambling behavior data to detect issues, foster responsible gambling, and assist in decision-making. Working closely with internal stakeholders, the role involves regular reporting for internal and external audiences.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Analyze gambling-related data to identify patterns and potential issues.
• Develop and implement responsible gambling initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to promote data-driven decision-making.
• Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support the Host Responsibility team's non-customer facing tasks, including VIP loyalty reviews.

This role requires you to have:

• Qualitative and quantitative data analysis experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerBI.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
