The IT Transformation team plays a crucial role in achieving these ambitious goals.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Assist with the transition to the new Dayforce HCM system, supporting data migration and integration.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and reports for actionable workforce insights.
• Automate data processes through ETL and SQL queries.
• Ensure data integrity through cleansing, transforming, and validating employee data.
• Advise on data governance and ensure compliance with data quality standards.
• Collaborate with HR, payroll, finance, IT, and external vendors for seamless data management.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and optimize data processes.

This role requires you to have:

• Experience in employee data cleansing, transformation, and loading.
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction and transformation.
• Understanding of data governance principles.
• Experience with HCM systems integration and ETL processes.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and Power Automate.
• Collaborative approach with cross-functional teams.
