The Data and Reporting Analyst will be integral in strengthening SYC's data reporting infrastructure, collaborating with departments to ensure precise data analysis and actionable insights.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Manage the collection, cleaning, and analysis of data.
• Maintain SYC's data warehouse to ensure data integrity and optimal performance.
• Develop and provide detailed reports for internal stakeholders.
• Identify trends and gain insights to support decision-making processes.
• Create dashboards and visualizations for monitoring KPIs and service activity.

This role requires you to have:

• Advanced skills in Excel and BI reporting tools.
• Proficiency in SQL or other query languages.
• Experience sourcing and analyzing diverse data sets.
• Knowledge of statistical concepts and tools.
• Ability to work independently and learn new systems quickly.

You would benefit from having:

• Tertiary qualification in statistics, data science/analytics, or information management.
