In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance reports and dashboards, identifying insights from diverse data sources.
• Collaborate with teams to address reporting needs and present data insights accessibly.
• Support internal and external reporting requirements, including those for executive and board-level documentation.
• Continuously improve analytics to adapt to business needs and industry trends.
• Provide training and support to users in working with people data and systems.
• Ensure the accuracy, security, and quality of people data.

This role requires you to have:

• Qualification in Business, HR, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to extract actionable insights from complex data.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with large datasets and HR data.
• Knowledge of HR metrics and Oracle Fusion Reporting/SQL.
