The Product Analyst role supports the strategic goals of the Product & Member Experience team by leveraging business analysis to enhance product offerings and attract target members.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Utilize data to inform management decisions on targeting, product design, and pricing
- Assist Product Manager with product modifications and strategy
- Provide clear and concise reporting that effectively communicates insights
- Monitor and report on competitors' market activities
- Offer insights into market behavior for new growth and product opportunities
- Maintain updated competitor analyses
- Identify and track changes in member behavioral segments
- Build collaborative relationships to promote member-centric focus and strategic support
- Seek cost minimization through innovation and continuous improvement
- Stay informed on private health insurance market developments
- Manage adherence to company-endorsed KPIs related to Risk/Compliance, Gender Equality, and Work Health & Safety
- Comply with relevant legislation and company policies

This role requires you to have:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Ability to present data and insights effectively
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of financial concepts
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Mathematics, Economics, or related fields
- Experience in Business Analytics with a focus on data interpretation and reporting
