This role is crucial for analyzing customer data and developing initiatives to decrease Gross NAT and maximize operational efficiency.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop data models to support business strategy reviews and optimization.
• Collaborate with analytics teams to reduce Gross NAT holistically.
• Construct models to understand and address customer needs.
• Create segmentation models to identify high-value initiatives.
• Evaluate and design new tools and software in collaboration with data science teams.
• Present data-driven findings to influence business strategies.

This role requires you to have:

• At least 2 years of experience in analytical roles with a quantitative approach.
• Proficiency in manipulating and analyzing large, complex data sets.
• Fluency with a scripting language.
• Familiarity with SQL and relational databases.
• Expertise in using analytical tools like SAS.
• Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
