In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Lead design and implementation of end-to-end data pipelines using Microsoft Fabric.
• Develop and maintain data transformation processes with Python, ensuring high code quality.
• Architect efficient data warehousing and analytics solutions using Microsoft Fabric.
• Collaborate in Agile/Scrum teams, participating in sprints and stand-up meetings.
• Design data quality frameworks to ensure data accuracy.
• Mentor junior engineers and aid in technical decision-making.
• Optimize data pipelines and implement automation for efficiency improvement.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in data engineering roles.
• Expertise in Microsoft Fabric, Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, and Power BI.
• Advanced Python programming skills with libraries such as pandas and numpy.
• Experience with Azure Synapse, including SQL pools and Spark pools.
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modelling.
• Agile, Scrum experience.
• CI/CD pipelines and DevOps proficiency.
• Strong SQL skills.
