This vital role is part of the Operational Performance team within the Operations and Maintenance group. The position aims to optimize performance reporting, supporting strategic key result areas and department objectives.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Analyze processes and data to define performance reporting requirements.
• Develop actionable reporting to provide quality insights.
• Lead performance reporting function influencing operational decisions.
• Ensure alignment with corporate KPIs and strategic KRAs.

This role requires you to have:

• Degree in Analytics, Data Science, IT, Mathematics, or Engineering.
• Experience in data analyzing and visualization tools like Power BI.
• Proficiency in SQL, DAX, Python or similar languages.
• Capability to simplify complex data into actionable insights.
