The Victorian Government's Department of Families, Fairness, and Housing is searching for an experienced Principal Data Analyst to join the Commission for Gender Equality in the Public Sector. This role is critical in supporting the Gender Equality Commissioner in carrying out the Gender Equality Act 2020 (Vic). The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership to a team, focusing on data collection, analysis, and reporting to enhance progress on gender equality indicators.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Lead data and statistical analysis of gender equality data assets.
- Provide expert insights and advice to support public, ministerial, and agency reports.
- Review and report on issues, risks, and trends in gender equality data collections.
