Western Health, currently experiencing rapid growth, is looking for an Orders, Results & Data Management Analyst to join their team. This role is part of the Pathology Transition Project within the Clinical Support & Specialist Clinics Division. In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and solve system-related issues
- Identify data patterns to improve system reliability
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis
- Maintain EMR system accuracy and minimize clinical risks

This role requires you to have:
- Strong competency in Microsoft Excel
- Demonstrated strong analytical skills
- Experience in a Digital Health setting
- Ability to work autonomously and within a complex team
- Degree in Health, Business, Engineering, Science, or IT/Information Systems
You would benefit from having:
- Familiarity with HL7 messaging
- Experience with databases and SQL or CCL queries
- Knowledge of PAS, LIS, RIS, and pharmacy dispensing systems
