The Performance & Value Team within the Strategic Reform, Planning and Partnership Directorate at Western NSW LHD is looking for a highly motivated data analyst. This role exists to improve organizational performance and patient outcomes by analyzing and interpreting data. The team focuses on health performance metrics and strives for excellence in data-driven healthcare transformations.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop and submit reports ensuring data quality and collation.
• Provide data analysis and interpretation to support organizational performance.
• Educate stakeholders on data insights and usage.
• Conduct complex data analysis and reporting for performance monitoring.
