Westpac is looking for a skilled Data & Reporting Analyst to join their Fraud and Scam Operations team within the Customer Solutions division. This role is crucial for optimizing data utilization and reporting to drive operational excellence. The team aims to continually enhance business processes while supporting strategic objectives.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collect and interpret data with minimal supervision to generate meaningful insights.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in data analysis and fraud detection.
• Engage with stakeholders and share insights to align strategic and tactical objectives.
• Contribute to process improvements for better business outcomes and customer experiences.
• Ensure accurate and effective documentation of process management for all tasks.
