In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop effective relationships with internal and external business partners to enhance customer experience and commercial returns.
• Collaborate with operations leaders to improve processes and leverage growth opportunities.
• Guide the Analytics team towards industry best practices.
• Foster collaboration within the Reporting & Infrastructure Team and with Operations Managers.
• Support business streams in achieving performance objectives through accurate reporting.

This role requires you to have:

• 5 years of data analysis experience.
• Bachelor or postgraduate degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or Statistics.
• Understanding of Credit Risk in Banking, Remediation, and Collections.
• Proficiency with SAS, SQL, Teradata, Tableau, PowerBI, Alteryx, or VBA.
• Experience with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
