In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Design and build scalable data models and pipelines for insight generation and experimentation
• Manage and evolve the data stack for product development support
• Create and maintain data products for dashboards, reports, and analytics
• Ensure data quality, reliability, and performance
• Apply AI/ML to enhance customer interactions and service intelligence
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams
• Develop comprehensive documentation and ensure transparency in data processes
• Support market testing with appropriate telemetry and reporting
• Contribute to business cases with market and customer analyses
• Monitor emerging AI and data analytics advancements

This role requires you to have:

• 5+ years experience in data engineering or analytics roles
• Expert in SQL and proficient in Python
• Proficient in dbt and software engineering best practices
• Experience with cloud data platforms like Snowflake or BigQuery
• Strong understanding of data orchestration tools
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML and GenAI
