Analytics Engineer

This role involves designing data solutions to meet organizational objectives and ensuring the availability of reporting systems. The team focuses on achieving sustained economic and social self-reliance for its clients through various support services across several states.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain the Workskil data platform and BI solutions.
• Collaborate with executives and managers to optimize report and dashboard content.
• Deliver timely reports and dashboards to provide insights.
• Offer ad-hoc support for creating data assets and reports.
• Analyze data to propose business process improvements.
• Design and deliver end-user training and support.
• Promote Business Intelligence usage within the organization.
• Develop data pipelines using ETL/ELT strategies.
• Automate and maintain data ingestion and refresh processes.

This role requires you to have:

• Three years of experience in data-related roles.
• Experience with Microsoft Cloud Data tools such as Power BI and Azure.
