The new Communication and Fundraising Support and Solutions Team is pivotal, tasked with managing critical tools and providing strategic data insights. The Fundraising Data Analyst will collaborate closely within the department to optimize data usage and integrity.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Guide the department in analytic transformation for digital systems.
- Collaborate with end-users to determine their data and reporting needs.
- Conduct detailed data analysis to identify trends in fundraising activities.
- Develop comprehensive reports to present data findings clearly.
- Ensure data quality and maintain documentation and audit trails.
- Support the creation of a communications data repository.
- Assist in developing and implementing data governance practices.
- Share insights and ensure consistent data analysis with other analysts.
- Stay informed on data analysis tools and suggest process improvements.

This role requires you to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in data science, business analytics, marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in data and business analysis.
- Proficiency with data analysis tools and CRM systems.
- Strong data visualization skills with tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
- Skilled in SQL for data analysis and management.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
You would benefit from having:
- Good knowledge of French.
- Understanding of Dutch is beneficial.
