At Baloise CH, the Functioneel Data-analist serves as a bridge between the business and data developers, ensuring the alignment of data solutions with business needs. The role involves translating business requirements into functional solutions while considering reusability and architectural vision. The position is guided by a Product Owner and coached by the Teamlead Resource Pool.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Understand business needs by querying and analyzing to clearly describe processes and requirements.
• Work with the solution architect and business to develop both functional and non-functional requirements, overseeing the entire E2E process including reviews and documentation.
• Ensure the smooth running of existing reporting streams, assist in incident resolution, and identify improvements.
• Provide necessary functional documentation for the team and business.
• Maintain good relationships with users and technical profiles to ensure clear communication among all parties.
• Communicate clearly, both orally and in writing, and create structured documentation with effective feedback loops.
• Work according to agile principles, contribute to sprint planning, and actively participate in retrospectives to promote an open feedback culture.

• Master's level of thinking and working with one to three years of relevant experience.
• Experience with MS Office and reporting tools like Power BI.
• Experience with data analysis and SQL.
