In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Standardize data collection and maintain datasets for efficient analysis.
• Develop data processing workflows in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Analyze data to identify trends and provide meaningful insights.
• Create reports and dashboards for the SHE community and stakeholders.
• Provide training and support on data-related tools.
• Monitor SHE programs' effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Manage SHE software platform development alongside project managers and partners.
• Serve as the SPOC for platform updates and enhancements.
• Coordinate the development and maintenance of software modules.
• Ensure the software system is user-friendly and organized.
• Provide training packages to ensure proper platform use.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis, metrics management, and reporting.
• Proficiency in data reporting tools and software such as Excel, PowerBI, Enablon, and SharePoint.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken). Knowledge of French and Dutch is a plus.
