Conessence is seeking an HRIS & Data Analyst for Lotus in Lembeke. This role involves collaborating with different departments on HR technological projects and aligning HRIS needs with HR goals. It also includes leading HR reporting and providing analytical insights into HR data and trends.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with departments such as ICT and HR on HR technology projects.
• Act as a key figure between HR and technology, ensuring alignment with HR objectives.
• Stay updated on HRIS needs and recommend improvement actions where necessary.
• Lead HR reporting and provide analytical insights into HR data and trends for data-driven decision-making.
• Support data collection and development of dashboards.
• Contribute to various HR projects.

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in an analytical role and roles such as consultant or project leader.
