In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Design and generate Service Level Management reports.
- Independently gather data from various domains.
- Propose improvements to enhance data integration and automation.
- Assist higher management and SAOs/SDMs in requirements gathering and data analysis.
- Support monthly and quarterly meetings with Chiefs, SAOs, and SDMs.
