CRM Administrator & Data Analyst (one position / one person)

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Oversee all Salesforce CRM and datawarehouse projects.
• Serve as the main contact for CRM and datawarehouse inquiries.
• Assist colleagues with direct mailing, telemarketing, and online initiatives.
• Provide the Marketing & Fundraising Director with data for strategic planning.
• Help define and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and trends in the database.

This role requires you to have:

• Professional experience with Salesforce and database management.
• Expertise in analyzing large data sets and complex structures.
• Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with Python is advantageous.
• Organizational skills and accuracy in handling tasks.
• Proficiency in English and preferably Dutch or French.
