Infrabel, a key player in Belgium’s rail infrastructure, seeks a Data Analyst for their Asset & Business Performance team. This role is essential to the organization's digital strategy, translating data into meaningful insights.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Analyze data from various sources (SAP PM, Excel, CSV, XML, SQL) to address specific issues
• Collaborate with numerous stakeholders within Infrabel to identify valuable data and highlight key indicators
• Formulate improvement proposals based on data analysis
• Initiate actions to enhance data quality in cooperation with data owners
• Occasionally gather or better understand data from the field

This role requires you to have:

• Master's degree in fields like Engineering, Mathematics, IT, or Statistics, or a Bachelor's in ICT with relevant industry experience
• Ability to translate business questions into data analysis and reporting
• Basic programming knowledge in SQL
• Experience with data visualization tools like Qlikview, SAS, Tableau, or PowerBI
• Fluency in French or Dutch with the ability to communicate in the other language
• Excellent relational and communication skills
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail
