ING is looking for a Data Analyst to contribute to their data-driven culture within the Experience and Strategy Center. The role supports Client Service Retail by providing crucial insights and operational dashboards to enhance the customer experience. The team aims to leverage data to empower client services and improve performance.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Translate business needs into analytical requests.
• Conduct feasibility analyses and set realistic timelines.
• Execute in-depth analyses on operational data.
• Create advanced ad-hoc reports using tools like Cognos, SAS, or Excel.
• Communicate insights and recommendations clearly and effectively.
• Consider GDPR, data sensitivity, and confidentiality when sharing results.

This role requires you to have:

• Master’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of relevant data analytics experience.
• Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel.
• Fluency in English and either French or Dutch.
