Senior Product Analyst - Synthetic Development

This role is crucial to enhancing their Synthetic Development product within the Therapeutics Development Product Group, which aims to deliver cutting-edge technology for developing life-changing medicines. The team is dedicated to creating a robust and agile Product stack to integrate laboratory automation and predictive modeling into the R&D process.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, including analytics and engineering.
• Translate product roadmap features into defined requirements and criteria.
• Analyze complex procedures and data for product strategy.
• Evaluate business processes and champion change.
• Advocate for users by translating their needs into product features.

• Coach junior colleagues on techniques and processes.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or related subject.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with scientific systems in pharma.
