In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze HR-related data including headcount and CSRD.
• Develop and maintain BI dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
• Manage HR data integrity across various systems and collaborate with IT for consistency.
• Participate in HRIS implementation (UKG Pro), overseeing security roles and business rules.
• Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure system compliance with requirements.
• Provide expertise and support as a divisional key user for SAP HR.
