In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Analyze Flow Cytometry patient and quality control data
• Handle data inquiries and investigations
• Perform data entry, result verification, and release into clinical database
• Draft and review standard operating procedures
• Troubleshoot sophisticated instruments
• Qualify reagents
• Participate in validation of new assays with the scientific team
• Interact with clients and internal stakeholders on data troubleshooting

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Sciences, Biological Sciences, Medical Technologist, or Medical Lab Technology, or equivalent experience
• 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail
• Customer-oriented attitude
• Ability to work under pressure
• Analytical mindset
• Good communication skills
• Fluency in English

• Familiarity with WinList, FlowJo, FCSExpress
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
