Data Intelligence Analyst

NN Group, part of an international insurer and asset manager, is looking for a Data Intelligence Analyst to join their dynamic marketing Customer Intelligence team. This role is vital for gathering and analyzing customer, product, performance, and partner data to drive strategic initiatives.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, transform, and structure data from various sources using Amadea, PowerBI, or Python.
• Respond to business team inquiries and generate automated reports, interactive dashboards, and visualizations using PowerBI.
• Maintain up-to-date relevant data and communicate results clearly.
• Provide training sessions to employees on using reports and tools.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research for customers and partners.
• Create a uniform reporting system and implement new NPS.
• Introduce AI into the team.

This role requires you to have:

• Fluency in Dutch and French with a good command of English.
• Customer-focused and interested in insurance processes.
• Master's degree in data science, computer science, or a financial/economic field.
• Experience in building interactive dashboards and reports with Tableau, PowerBI, or QlikView.
• Strong analytical skills for data collection, processing, analysis, and interpretation.
