DATA ANALYST

Pierre Fabre, a leading dermo-cosmetic laboratory and pharmaceutical group, combines innovation with heritage to offer products globally. The Data Analyst role is central to supporting business decisions across multiple franchises from their Brussels location, reporting to Benelux's General Manager.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Maintain and update dashboards to provide stakeholders with real-time metrics.
• Improve and automate existing reports and dashboards.
• Analyze channel performance and provide insights into sales and marketing effectiveness.
• Support business development by collaborating with stakeholders to monitor brand performance.
• Design new dashboards and handle ad hoc analytical requests.

This role requires you to have:

• Master's degree in data analytics, statistics, business engineering, or computer science.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Proficiency in Tableau and PowerBI.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

You would benefit from having:

• Knowledge of Dutch.
• Experience with SQL and scripting languages like Python.
• Familiarity with ERP and CRM platforms such as Dynamics AX and VEEVA.
• Experience with ETL tools like Alteryx.
