This role, reporting to the Benelux General Manager, plays a crucial part in supporting the group's franchises with data-driven insights. In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Maintain and update weekly and monthly dashboards for real-time business metrics.
• Enhance and automate dashboards, reports, and KPIs.
• Identify and improve inefficiencies in reporting processes.
• Leverage scripting languages for data extraction and process automation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve brand and portfolio performance.
• Analyze sales and marketing channel effectiveness.
• Develop new dashboards for evolving business needs.
• Ensure data accuracy and integration in coordination with HQ and business teams.

This role requires you to have:

• Master’s degree in data analytics, statistics, business engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• High proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau and PowerBI.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.

You would benefit from having:

• Knowledge of SQL and Python for database querying and scripting.
• Experience with ERP and CRM systems like Dynamics AX and VEEVA.
• Familiarity with ETL processes and tools, such as Alteryx.
• Language fluency in French and English, with Dutch as an additional advantage.
