The Ghent plant, the group's largest truck manufacturing site, seeks a Data Analyst to enhance operations through expert data analysis, aligning with strategic business goals.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Identify and contribute to organizational optimization and improvements.
• Conduct interviews with stakeholders to discern their underlying needs.
• Communicate the narrative behind data results suitably for various audiences.
• Address operational challenges with practical and reliable solutions.
• Coach and guide colleagues on best practices and analytics methods.
• Collaborate in an agile team environment, possibly acting as a scrum master.
• Manage analytics projects from planning to execution, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Lead and represent the team on complex and ambiguous topics.
• Advocate for SML Cloud usage and communicate business needs to relevant stakeholders.

This role requires you to have:

• Master's degree or equivalent experience in data analysis.
• Proficiency in Power Platform, Databricks, SQL, and Python.
• Understanding of data warehousing and ETL processes.
