In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Serve as a key contact for collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data to support business decisions.
• Participate in selecting data analytics tools and methods.
• Prepare and present data insights to stakeholders using software like PowerBI and Tableau.
• Collaborate with various teams to address issues and requests promptly.
• Identify and propose improvements for emerging problems and opportunities.
• Adhere to risk management and compliance practices.
• Communicate clearly and effectively within teams and in report materials.
• Build and sustain internal and external professional networks.
• Employ creative problem-solving skills in a multidisciplinary team setting.

This role requires you to have:

• Relevant degree in IT, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Interest in data analytics and IT tool application.
• Ability to convert insights into clear presentations.
• 0 to 5 years of data analytics experience.
• Proficiency in English and Dutch or French.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

You would benefit from having:

• Knowledge of PowerApps and Power Automate.
• Familiarity with SQL and Python.
• Project management and Microsoft certifications, such as Prince II, PMI, or Agile/Scrum.
