The successful candidate will play a vital part in data-driven decision-making.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Assess equipment, processes, and team efficiency at the distribution center.
• Transform raw data into clear, actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Process Engineers and Operations to implement improvements.
• Create and maintain dashboards using Power BI.
• Design productivity tools for enhanced daily management of operations.
• Ensure smooth operation of data tools and resolve any technical issues promptly.
• Proactively propose and implement process and tool optimizations.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an operational environment.
• Proficiency in data analysis and operational processes.
• Expertise in using and maintaining reporting tools.
• Strong analytical thinking skills.
• Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly Excel, and expertise in Power BI.
• Fluency in English (C1) and proficiency in French (B1-B2).
