Synergie Care is looking for a PowerBI Specialist to enhance production processes with advanced data visualization. This role, integral to the financial team, involves optimizing management control frameworks and providing insights for risk management. The position requires collaboration with international teams, offering diverse challenges across Western Europe.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain PowerBI reports and dashboards for production KPIs.
• Collect and integrate data from ERP systems and production databases.
• Automate reporting processes and optimize data collections.
• Establish management control frameworks and advise on risk management and cost optimization.
• Support the Finance & BU Controlling Director in international projects and management optimization.
• Monitor cost budgets and conduct business analyses to enhance processes.

This role requires you to have:

• Minimum of 3 years experience with PowerBI and data analysis.
• Experience with ERP systems and production databases.
• Knowledge in controlling with a background in financial analysis and budgeting.
• Fluency in English and French.
• Willingness to travel approximately 15% across Western Europe.
