Data Analyst - Cars and Charging

Transport & Environment (T&E) is a prominent European NGO dedicated to promoting cleaner transport solutions. They are offering a position for a data analyst based in Brussels, starting in March 2025. This role is integral to their Trends and Analysis team, focusing on data-driven policy-making for the EU, particularly in the realm of transportation emissions reductions. The successful candidate will impact EU policy and work collaboratively with the EU Cars team, helping shape and advocate for cleaner transport legislation.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Lead analytical and research work on EU topics.
• Develop and model European cars and charging projects.
• Produce reports and policy briefings on transport impacts.
• Present research findings to internal and external audiences.
• Support analysis across other programmes as needed.
• Review and ensure quality of analytical outputs.
• Contribute to policy and communication strategies.

• Experience with Python and Excel.
