Telenet, a leading telecommunications and entertainment company in Belgium, is looking for a Data Insights Analyst to join their Customer Operations Steering Tribe. With a diverse data landscape spanning customer, product, and interaction data, the successful candidate will support operations tribes with data-driven recommendations, insights, and dashboards.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Conduct analysis of significant data topics across six operations tribes.
• Translate business questions into data requirements.
• Create data queries to gather accurate data for analysis.
• Present data analysis in visually compelling PowerPoint decks with high-level storytelling.
• Present insights to operations management to maximize value.

This role requires you to have:

• Master’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in data analysis.
• Strong quantitative analytics and structured problem-solving skills.
• Excellent presentation and storytelling abilities.
• Dutch native and English proficiency.
